Please join this drop in session about organising hybrid meetings and events for RSC member networks on Tuesday 25 January 2022 at 10.30 – 11.30. (GMT)
A hybrid event or meeting is when some delegates attend at a physical venue and other delegates join the event virtually. As a guide we use the term hybrid meeting when there are less than 25 attendees eg a committee meeting, and the term hybrid event when there are over 25 attendees.
We hope this session will be a useful opportunity for members to share experiences about hybrid events/meetings and to ask questions.
Speakers will include:
David Barr, Head of Governance, RSC, will speak about running hybrid meetings.
Chris Swain, Chair of CICAG and a member of BMCS, to talk about organising large scale hybrid events.
Jess Gallagher, Venue and Hospitality Manager, RSC, will give an overview of arranging hybrid events at Burlington House.
Becky Quine, Events and Exhibitions Manager, RSC and Rachel Cole, Senior Events Executive, RSC will discuss the RSC Events team approach to hybrid events (and the investment of resources to make it work) in 2022.
The session will be recorded and available on demand
